GetMoreReview ("we", "our", "us") provides a review management platform for local businesses. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Business owners: name, email address, business name, Google Business Profile details, and payment information.
Customers (end users): email address (when provided), star rating, written feedback, and whether they were referred to Google.
Usage data: how you interact with our platform, pages visited, features used.
Google OAuth data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the GetMoreReview service.
To send review request emails to your customers on your behalf.
To route customer feedback to you privately or to Google based on rating.
To show you analytics about your review performance.
To contact you about your account or service updates.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Customer Data (Your Customers)

When you upload a customer CSV or collect emails through our platform, you are the data controller for that customer data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. We never use your customers data for our own marketing purposes.

Customer feedback submitted through your review page is stored securely and only accessible to you (the business owner) and our team for support purposes.

5. Google Integration

Our platform integrates with Google OAuth for login and Google Places API for business listing search. When customers are directed to leave a Google review, they are navigating to Google's own platform and Google's privacy policy applies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers: hosting (Hostinger), email delivery (SendGrid), payment processing (Stripe).
Google: for OAuth authentication and Places API.
Legal authorities: when required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer feedback and review data is retained for 2 years unless you request deletion earlier. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

9. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure database access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
